1Purchases and restoring
I changed devices and my Underworld Pass is gone.
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Settings > Purchases > Restore Purchases. The Restore Purchases button at the bottom of the Store screen does the same. Purchases shared through Family Sharing are restored too.
What can I play for free?
The prologue, hero Dallae, the whole 49-night journey on the Easy road (the final Judgment included), weeks 1-3 on Normal and Hard, Tonight's Duel and Tonight's Night, the Bestiary and card unlocks from Soul Beads.
What does the Underworld Pass include?
Weeks 4-7 and the final Judgment on the Normal and Hard roads, heroes Duduri and Seori, Karma levels 1-10 (built on top of Hard), the Weekly Trial and every seed code. The Easy road is free to the end without it. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Cosmetic sets are sold separately.
Can I use my purchase without internet?
Yes. The game plays offline and remembers your purchases. If the game has not been able to connect for more than 30 days, it shows “Connect once to verify your purchase”; connect briefly and you are set. Nothing is deleted.
How do I get a refund?
App Store payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are there gacha pulls or consumable items?
No. Every purchase is a one-time unlock that lists exactly what it contains. There are no ads and no energy either.
2Saves and backups
Where is my progress saved?
Automatically, on your device. If you close the app mid-battle, you continue right after your last completed action.
How do I move my progress to a new device?
In Settings > Game > Save data, tap Export save to create a save code, or Save as file for a file. On the new device, open the same section and use Import for a code or From file for a file. The game asks before overwriting. Purchases come back separately with Restore Purchases.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your save on the device is deleted with it, so back it up first in Settings > Game > Save data. Your purchases stay with your Apple Account, and Restore Purchases brings them back.
3Daily modes and seed codes
When does Tonight's Duel change?
At midnight on your device's local date. You get one scored attempt a day, and unscored replays as often as you like.
A friend's seed code won't open.
Codes for today's Tonight's Duel and Tonight's Night are free. Codes from other days are free when the hero is Dallae; all other codes need the Underworld Pass. A code made on a different game version still plays, unscored, with a notice.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Reminders are off by default. The game asks once after your first Tonight's Duel, and you can change it any time in Settings. There is one reminder a day, at 9 pm.
4Play your way
In Settings > Accessibility you can change text size (100/115/130%), Reduce motion, High contrast and Haptics. Animation speed (2x), Confirm End Turn and the left-handed layout are in Settings > Game. VoiceOver reads every card and button.
5Reporting a bug
Tell us what you did and on which screen, ideally with a screenshot, at chrisyang9305@gmail.com. For Tonight's Duel or a result screen, the seed code (for example K7Q2MX-3) lets us replay the exact same night.
